The 2019-2020 school year represents another year of opportunity and excellence for our students. Each year we focus on challenging ourselves to build upon the expectation of excellence that was established when our doors first opened in 2002 and this year will be no exception. A school is only as good as the people who fill it and we are very fortunate to have outstanding educators working with our students and to serve such a dedicated and supportive community. We believe that success is always a goal but that excellence is an expectation for our staff and our students every day we walk through the doors. We are committed to meeting students where they are in their development by providing them with a supportive and challenging academic experience that will help them maximize their full potential on their journey toward college and career readiness. Our hope is that they will accomplish all of this while also connecting to the many clubs, athletics and activities that we have to offer as part of a well rounded high school experience. Our Mission: Lincoln Southwest High School will inspire an academic, creative, and flexible learning environment. Students, faculty, staff, and patrons will be challenged as a COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS to reach their maximum potential in a safe, caring, multicultural and technological environment.
